Event Title: Father's Day Cake Decorating Class 1:00 PM

Come in and sign up fo a class to make Dad a cake for Father's Day. You will level and ice your cake, add borders and embellishments, and add writing to your cake. Bring a cake that is not iced, 2 cans of frosting or homemade buttercream icing, spatula and optional sprinkles. You will be supplied with a pastry bag, additional icing, two tips and a coupler set that you will keep. If you have any questions, call 610-413-3344 or email dedmunds@ptd.net. The class size is limited to ten people. The cost for this class is $9.00.

Techniques that will be covered are leveling and covering the cake - crumb coating, smoothing, and combing; borders - stars, rosettes, shells, dots and beads; trim - dashes, dots and drop flowers. Bring a cake that is not iced, 2 cans of frosting or homemade buttercream icing, spatula and optional sprinkles.
