Techniques that will be covered are leveling and covering the cake - crumb coating, smoothing, and combing; borders - stars, rosettes, shells, dots and beads; trim - dashes, dots and drop flowers.  Bring a cake that is not iced, 2 cans of frosting or homemade buttercream icing, spatula and optional sprinkles.
