Event Title: Basic Computers 5:00 - 7:00 PM

ou will learn what a computer can do for you including parts, computer terminology, software installed on your program and how to work with it. You will also learn the basics of word processing, what is the Internet, and how to use an email account. Learn about basic computer skill from turning on the computer, using a mouse, etc. The class will run from Thursday evenings from 5:00 - 7:00 PM from February 7 - February 28. The cost of the four sessions is $20.00. You must stop in to sign up and pay in advance or call and send in a check payable to Palmerton Area Library to hold your spot. Class size is limited to 12 people.

A knitting club has been organized for all area residents interested in knitting, crocheting and other crafts. See what's new in the crafts and share stories. Ideas will be discussed about knitting for various charities. The knitting club meeets on the first and third Monday of each month at the library from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. The club is free. New members are always welcome.
