You will learn to leveland smooth the cake, fondant decorations and fondant borders. You need to bring a cake no iced, 2 cans of frosting or homemade buttercream icing, a spatula or palette knife, a paring knife and powdered sugar. You will be supplied with fondant, a rolling pin and cutters for you to keep. It is optional to bring additional pastry bags (cloth or disposable), additional tips and/or couplers, scissors, turntable, ad cookie cutters. The cost of the class is $26.00 which must be prepaid.
