Learn to level and cover the cake, borders and trims, and adding a centerpiece or writing. Bring a cake that is not iced, 2 cans of frosting or homemade buttercream icing, a spatula or palette knife and sprinkles (optional). You will get a pastry bag, additional icing, a tip and a coupler set that you can keep. The cost of the class is $10.00 which is payable in advance.
