DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Come in and sign up fo a class to decorate a cake.  Techniques that will be covered are leveling and covering the cake - crumb coating and smoothing; borders -  shells, drop flowers, and ropes; basket weave on sides and top; decorations - spray of roses.  Bring a cake that is not iced, 3 cans of frosting or homemade buttercream icing, spatula and supplies from the first and second classes.
