DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Come in and sign up fo a class to decorate a cake.  Techniques that will be covered are leveling and covering the cake - crumb coating, smoothing, and combing; borders -  shells and ropes; decorations - drop flowers, sweet peas, rosebud, rose, stems, vines, and calyx.  Bring a cake that is not iced, 2 cans of frosting or homemade buttercream icing, spatula and supplies from the first class.  You will be supplied with a pastry bag, additional icing, rose lifter, rose nail, two tips and a coupler set that you will keep.
